Marusei Jumbo!

Today we had the benefit of Yoshiyuki Hirasawa of Marusei Koifarm in taking us with him to an unknown koi-stock-area, where we would have the opportunity to select some nice Jumbo size Koi for one of our customers.

We were lucky because Yoshiyuki and his crew first started to unload 2 trucks which both contained, just harvested Koi in several varieties. All the fishes were arround 80 cm and 5 years old. The fish kept on coming and we were amazed by how many of those big sized Koi could fit in 1 truck. Look at the pics and enjoy what you're seeing.

After that we made our selection and we hope we'll have another satisfied customer. This was a great day, also for the guys of the Dutch Koi Society who joined me!
